Passover Old Testament:
Exodus 12:21 &27Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover (Sacrificial Lamb).. . That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD’S passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.
Passover New Testament: First Day
The Messiah was killed as the Sacrificial Lamb
Mark 14:1After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.
Luke 22:14 –16 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
John 13:1 Now before the feast of the passover, when Yahshua knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
Luke 23:46 And when Yahshua had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
Luke 23:52-54 This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Yahshua. And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid. And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.
Unleavened Bread: Second Day
Sabbath Day-The Messiah laid in the grave
Luke 23:56And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.
First Fruits: Third Day
The Messiah Rose frm the dead
Luke 24:1:3Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Yahshua.
Mark 9:31For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.
Pentecost
Levitius 23:16 “Even unto the morrow after the seveneth sabbath shall you number fifty days; and you shall offer a new meat offering unto YHWH…… “
Acts 2:1-11 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting . . And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues [languages] … And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven … the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language … saying one to another… And how hear we every man in our own tongue [language] … we do hear them speak in our tongues [languages] the wonderful works of Elohim.
Feast of Trumpets
Leviticus 23:23-25 “And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH.
Joel 2:1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of YHWH cometh, for it is nigh at hand
Day of Atonement
Leviticus 23:26-32 “And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying, Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH. And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before YHWH your Elohim. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.”
Zephaniah 1:14-18 “The great day of YHWH is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly . . .That day is a day of wrath,a day of trouble and distress . . .And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against YHWH . . .Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of YHWH’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy . . .”
Feast of Tabernacles
Leviticus 23:34-41 “The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles . . .On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy onvocation unto you . . .it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein. These are the feasts of YHWH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations . . . It shall be a statute for ever in your generations . . .“
Psalms 132:7 We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.
