The Chronicles of NCCI

Psalms 19:7  The law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple.

Day of Atonement observed at even

The Day of Atonement is observed tonight at even.  During this time, we are commanded to abstain from food or drink from even to even the following day and rest:

Leviticus 23:26  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
27  Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
28  And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
29  For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
30  And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
31  Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

The ninth / tenth  month of the Roman year was named “Septem,” a Latin word meaning “seven”.  Why the number seven?  Because prior to the Julian calendar, it was the seventh month of the old Roman calendar year!  According to the Holy Father (YHWH), however, this is the fifth/sixth month of the Hebrew Sacred Calendar year.  It actually began on the New Moon in August and ends on the New Moon in September.

HOLY DAYS IN THE 7TH MONTH

To serve the Creator, YHWH, you must have knowledge of His Law that is written in the first five books of the Holy Bible.  For example, YHWH’s seventh month (called October) begins on the New Moon in September; and there are four Holy days that you should be mindful of in this month if you want to worship and serve the Creator.  They are the Feast of Trumpets which is on the 1st day (New Moon) of the seventh month; the Day of Atonement which begins on the 10th day of the seventh month; and the Feasts of Tabernacles, which begins on the 15th day of the seventh month.  Tabernacles is an eight-day festival where both the 1st and the 8th days are Sabbaths (Lev. 23:23-44)

YHWH commanded us to observe these holy feast days as memorials representing the future re-gathering and restoration as a nation of the so-called Negro (Hebrew Israelites).  The re-gathering occurs 3 1/2 years before the return of Christ to the earth.  Christ is coming to save them from total destruction at the hands of the nations gathered against Yah’s people. (Joel 2 &3; Isa. 18:3-7, 26 – 27, 35:1-10, 58:1-14; Zech. 8 – 14; Ezk. 20:33-44, 34:11-31, 36:1-36, 37:15-28, 39:1-29).  All praises be unto YHWH, our Elohim!
